After completing his medical degree, Dr. McGee pursued an internship in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Mississippi, followed by a residency in family medicine at Westchester Hospital in Miami, Florida. It was during this time that he encountered numerous patients with chronic illnesses and realized the need for a more holistic approach to health care—one that emphasizes prevention and lifestyle changes over medication and surgery alone.

Dr. McGee's passion for longevity medicine and preventative care led him to pursue a fellowship in integrative medicine under the guidance of Dr. Andrew Weil at the University of Arizona.
