Julie Stefanski

Julie Stefanski MEd, RDN, LDN, FAND, is a registered dietitian nutritionist and licensed healthcare provider who focuses on creating educational curricula for food-focused topics such as culinary arts, nutrition and wellness, food science, and cooking skills. Stefanski is a communications leader and currently serves as a national media spokesperson for the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics. 

She has appeared on ABC27 in more than 50 live TV segments on trending nutrition topics. Her evidence-based advice has appeared in media outlets such as Martha Stewart Omnimedia, Consumer Reports, VeryWell Health, CNN, WebMD, The Washington Post, and many others.  Her published works have focused on diabetes, ketogenic diets, social media, culinary nutrition, and nutrition continuing education topics for healthcare professionals.

Stefanski spent most of her career as an adult and pediatric dietitian and taught as an adjunct instructor in the nursing department at York College in York, PA for 13 years. Stefanski completed her initial education in nutrition and dietetics and later earned a master's degree in adult and distance education from Penn State University. 

She is an award-winning dietitian, having received the Outstanding Dietitian of the Year Award, the Keystone Award, and The Recognized Young Dietitian of the Year Award from the Pennsylvania Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
